do anyone know why Kane's head is ... Different... from the other games, I mean, he's head is more broad?

no it ain't that; I played Tib. sun before I got widescreen. try to look at pictures on google.

Screen resolution, game was made for 800x600, and nowadays most screens run at least at 1200x900 or higher

It might be a different camera field of view.
