    Connecting to game server

    Dear Sir,
    I had to completely re-install Red Alert 2 due to a computer failure on my home PC. After I re-installed RA2 on my new computer, I cannot connect to the right server to play any games on line such as quick matches. I have played this game for many years and I am requesting any help on how to get back to my favorite game on line. I have tried to install the patches with success, but it is just like I am on a server somewhere and I am the only one there. If I try a quick match, it gives me the error message of cannot connect to server. I am trying to use the XWIS server under my information on the set up page of on line settings.

    ... do the RA2 servers even still exist?

    Yes I believe so. I played RA@ on line and quick matches before I had to re install it all the time. Thousands of games.....

    It tells me Error: Matching Server Not Found, when I try to play quick match scenerio. My ID is b4ikillux. When it last played correctly I was 18 wins and 18 losses, ranked 642 on line. 189 PTS.

    Yes, XWIS is the official working server for Red Alert 2 and several other classic C&C titles.

    Make sure you have an account at Strike-Team (the XWIS support site) Use these details to register your serial number with the XWIS Control Panel and then you can create your nicknames for use online once again.
