Error 404 Trying to communicate with online servers

I was playing last night.

I have turned my firewall off.

And I have an internet connection.

Is there a problem with the login servers?

what the F*** with EA i have the same problem after installation and i cant login and totally cant play the game at all, damn it

Same here. Looks like EA pushed a new manager that has Origin in it. Set that up (even though I did not want to), but still this 404 error. EA messing with things again without enough testing I can only guess.

I'm talking about running a solo/standalone. To get use to the game and all. Later if a user wants to run in the crowd, fine, the ability to log in and go for it. But having to jump through hoops just to play the game solo has gotten much. Making it manditory to be online to play is starting to make me not like these games. Too much frustration.

Yes it was working fine yesterday and I just got a 404 error message...I hope the servers aren't going to be down for long...I did pay for this game afterall not a temporary fix

The game server is down and we will just have to wait till they fix it. Something like that can happen to anyones computer at any time and a game server is no exception. Meanwhile go play another game till it is fixed.

It's fixed and so far 230 have logged in to play.
