Laptop, nVidia 8600M GT ... next up is either a 2GB GTX 560Ti or a GTX 570.
Voted as "Other" because laptop brand GPUs are hardly a match for the same numerical desktop version.

Yes, mobile GPUs are no match to same desktop model. Todays fastest mobile GPU AMD Radeon HD6990M performance equals to HD6870 Desktop model.I don't understand why are they naming mobile models like this. "HD6990M" should named "HD6870M". Originally Posted by Feloidea

Nvidia Geforce GT 540m 1GB w/ Nvidia Optimus technology so basically my laptop has 2 graphics cards, nVIdia and Intel HD 3000, it swtiches automatically so that it only uses nVidia for games and 3D softwares, this way battery life is increased.
