I don't have that much cash to spend on the 448 core version, but just enough for a cheaper 560.

Then you could just overclock it by 5%, if you don't see any increase in the temprature, then go with 10%.
Its definately worth it imo, GPUs are clocked little bit lower so that its safe in many temperatures, but with overclocking you could gain about 5 fps in games.

Once mine went to 90 degrees celcius, it was still stable though, with no screen twitches or anything.

You mean the cheaper version? Yeah I can do that. I just have to be within my bounds of my budget. And the 560 GTX fits well there.

I got NVidia GTX 460. It came with this computer I bought a year ago. I've been planning to get something from GTX500 series.

GeForce GTS 450, it does quite well in Crysis 2 extreme graphics preset. I like nVidia way better than AMD.

Though that 6750M doesn't sound as if it's much to go by ... not that I am in a position to argue much with my cute little 8600mGT ... for now.
