unable to play online-at my wits end

i recently put my old router back on,(previous one stopped working)which i used to use when i played this game (TFD generals-zero hour)along time ago,now ive opend all ports thats ment to be open even set them as outbound also to see if theirs a issue
TCP ports:
80, 6667, 28910, 29900, 29920

UDP ports:
4321, 27900
fire wall override 27900
send delay enabled

Ive also done it for my nortons internet security 2011,i put it into silent mode aswell when i try to run,Put the options inside the options that need to be set for the fire wall but still to no avail can i connect to other players,ive no issue getting online,its just a issue connecting to other players
Im useing Net gear DG834G v4

this was my fav game amongst all the other old games and would love to jack back into the game=/ thanks in advance for any help=)
