I don't know what my online ID is, i just got the Origin Game Command and Conquer Tiberium Wars and i go to play online, Can anyone just tell me what i type in like EA account name is your ea account and your password is your ea password or something please.

Online ID is your nickname to everyone else online, so just choose whatever you like, as long as it is available.

Account is the email you registered with and so is the password.

If your account is older (created with BFME II for example) it's not your email :P

I'm having this same problem.
Ea Account Name: <----there isn't enough room in this slot to type the email address that I used to register
Password:<-----no biggie here
Online ID: <-----made something up

Everytime I click login it says "the specified account or subaccount was not found".

EA account name is the Account name you use over on the main EA website.

Hello! Getting the same thing - got an EA account and password which works. I've gone onto www.commandandconquer.com, logged in with that EA account username and password, it's asked me for my 'desired Command and Conquer ID', and I've entered the same name as the EA account username.

I can't find my e-mail address into "EA Account Name", and when using my EA account username it says the account's not recognised.

Help pls.

Edit - tried logging in with my Gamespy username and password, same thing - "The specified account or subaccount name wasn't found."

ok i talked with ea on the phone this is a problem with game not being compatible with the new server update they put in since tiberium wars is an older game they said they will be releasing a fix for this

my email doesnt fit and my online game name and password doesnt work. I am using the same password as my EA account. what gives?

haha I just noticed that the game doesnt allow special characters for parts of their passwords, like ! or *. my EA password uses these characters. trying to fix by changing password.

changed EA password thru Origin - didnt help inside C&C3.
