Do not be so quick to consider an Asian multi-nation alliance to be completely out of the question. There is the saying: "An enemy of my enemy is my friend." And all Asian countries have one thing in common, and that is that they would not tolerate terrorist armies freely roaming about in their countries.

I dunno, I think several South Korean cities would need to be nuked before they ever considered an alliance with Communist China..

I would be all for some kind of magical undead faction though, like fallen soldiers from hell, in ruined vehciles.

Have like skeleton SS Commanders looking out of their destroyed ( bust still moving, because its undead) Tiger tanks, Plattoons of Vietnam MIA zombies with M-60's...The ghost of the red barron, etcertera...

It isn't that bad. Or at least, it wasn't until early to mid 2010. Before that, most reports I read dealt with how there was a severe gap between how the Koreans perceived China, compared to how China really was. It was some BBC article, and they said in extreme cases, they were still looking at the Chinese through ancient historical lenses, and not the modern China.

Certain failings to reprimand North Korea for a torpedo attack, artillery shelling, and now the latest fisherman captain stabbing have kind of changed that though...

Oh I hope it isnt something like the rising sun in RA3.. RA3 was a complete disaster.. i hope they dont do the same with generals.. they sould keep the reality that generals had, and not add some weird overpowered high tech army that sounds out of the ourdinary for our days.. i hope its china or some other asian country or a coalition of asian countires.. and as for USA, i think that they've become part of the EU since they have tanks that resemble those of the USA faction as seen in the trailer..
