Faction music - Post your suggestions!

So far, we have seen the GLA and EU, however, we have yet to meet the third faction. I still think that we can discuss at least the soundtrack for these 2 factions.

With the GLA, I think we're going to see something with less arabic influence. As you can see in this picture,:

The soldier has much more modern armor and looks like a normal freedom fighter of African descent rather than a Taliban. No Taliban clothes either.

So, I think we need to take into account that the GLA are more global and less restricted to the middle east now. Perhaps we might see some American and Chinese GLA cells.

As a result, I believe their soundtrack will sound a bit less arabic, but still very "freedom fighter-esque", and there are at most two or three GLA tracks that sound as such in Generals 1, chief among them being this one:

So expanding on that style seems to be the best choice.

As for EU, they are very technological, similar to the US, but have little to no patriotism attached to them, so an instrumental/orchestral type of electronic or techno music would, in my opinion, fit well. There is one track in C&C Generals: Zero Hour, for the USA, that sounds a bit like that:

Keep in mind the bit from 1:40 to 2:29, or mostly the patriotic cue from 2:19 to 2:29 is too American for the EU, and I was not including that part.

Should the third faction be the USA, their soundtrack should resemble the first game's. But I would like to see them expand on the metallic side, such as we have heard in the main themes of both Generals and Zero Hour:

Though the USA's other theme also sounds amazing:

A remix or remaster of it would be nice.

And the style that was so memorable about China:

Should return, too, if they also do.

Ah yes the Generals soundtrack has indeed earned its place among all of my other C&C soundtrack collections. I loved most of the USA and China music... they should definitely get Bill Brown to return to compose and make remixes like Frank Klepacki did for Hell March.

Uprising is good for GLA, they should still have arabian themed music too, like this

Maybe they can have music from different cultures, like Africa, Asia minor, etc..

I liked "Run away Train", "The Final Hour", and "Helix Armada" for the Chinese songs.

(Also, that GLA gunner in the image has zero body armor.)

Same as Generals 1, they did it very well there, bring Bill Brown back!
Live well. It is the greatest revenge... And be the salt and light of Earth.

I should also mention that a lot of the Generals music had character, but lacked some power to it. Guitar riffs were always faint and muddy, and the "exotic" instruments used to characterize the track were always hesitant. I expect a little more "oomph" to the music this time around.

Bill Brown and Mikael Sandgren, you mean. The next best choice would be Hans Zimmer. If they go for the RA3, C&C4 or C&C3 composer(s), then they should definitely make sure they get into the right style. :P

somebody else made GLA music - we need that guy since GLA is confirmed imo !

EDIT: I found him, Bill Brown did mostly USA and some China songs, but GLA was Mikael Sandgren.

And the best part ... wait for it ... he received a BAFTA nomination for it. Notice the "ethnic" and "orchestral" ... GLA music was produced that way with live performance in studio i think which is something i also appreciate much, but USA was more of frank klepacki software style.

Seriously GLA Music is epic because it feels so original and fitting coupled with moden metal and action packed style just so great.

I started from this thread looking for fitting music on youtube and now I am watching a video of a girl with downs syndrome being rejected by a guy for prom.
