I changed my e-mail address, creating a new EA account. Can't play C&C 4 because the screen prompt says the key code is already in use, but I don't have my previous e-mail account details anymore because I'm not using that address anymore. Can I just migrate the code to my new account. PLEASE HELP!

You need to contact EA support, nothing can be done on the users end to fix this.
