EA Support do not come here anymore and have not since they started Talk To A Game Advisor Level Up Your Experience.

In Origin look at the top of the screen and click on CUSTOMER SERVICE and on that page click on Contact Customer Service. Alternativly use this link.
    http://help.ea.com/

There you will see the following means to get support after clicking on the following image.

    • Call us toll free at 1-866-543-5435 (1-650-628-1001 outside of North America) from 7:00am-9:00pm CST, 7 days a week.

    • Chat Live with a Game Advisor 24-7. Simply click on "Talk to a Game Advisor" and there you will Login and Connect.

I got the same message with no help from the support center. I found on another thread that you have to go into your control panel to User Accounts and turn off your User Account Control.

User Account Control has been in existence since January 2007 when Windows Vista went retail, and Windows 7 which came later also has it. It is a security, administrative and user feature infrastructure introduced by Microsoft.
It includes, any time a program wants to make a major change to the computer like installing any game or program, UAC lets you know and asks for permission, and that may depend on what the administrator has set.
Since January 2007 EA Support would have known about it when people installed their games and where they could advise people about it. EA Support even have webpages about it even this one and what to do even if crashes with error messages.

Within Microsoft Windows Vista and Windows 7 there is information about User Account Control in their Help section and on the Microsoft website, and provides information that can be helpful to anyone installing and running programs and in regards to UAC.
