Where can i post about license limit reached issue?

Hey ive tried to reinstall my game after a format and because of that it now says the limit has been reached, which to be honest i think its perfectly outrageous for such a game to tell me to buy another game copy for "security reasons" and its because of examples like these that piracy is encouraged so much...

Ive tried to post at https://help.ea.com/my-cases
however that didnt work because nobody is replying me since 2-3 days, yeah maybe its expected with the new year and all that but how much is it normal to wait so i can get someone to unblock my paid game?

Just a few days more and they should sort it out. They are the only ones who can fix the problem. For this type of issue, I would recommend the live chat option as it will be much quicker and easier.

Is there an option to speak to a rep via live chat?

You may want to move this along El. There is an option then they only give you the email.
