Why has no-one yet raised the question of what the GLA superweapon will be? It may not be the Scud Storm like Generals 1.

I want it to be something completely original we hadn't even considered. How about GLA is a laser and EU is a toxin
I think he means like the GLA having a particle cannon as their super weapon. They had possession of a Particle Cannon at least twice. One in the Mediterranean, and the other in Hamburg. We aren't even sure if the one in the Mediterranean was destroyed. Who knows, the GLA may have had control of these long enough (and ten years since Zero Hour) that they might have been able to successfully reverse engineered the Particle Cannon. If it isn't their super weapon, it would be cool to see a mission in Generals 2 where they deployed their own reverse engineered Particle Cannon.
Perhaps their SW can use a pacifying toxin which makes units surrender and run off the map like the Atreides SW in Dune Emperor, hah.
I would like to see a non-nuclear EMP weapon that shuts down vehicles and structures. After that, probably a railgun.
