    More multiplayer-/skirmish-game options

    Subject:
    More multiplayer-/skirmish-game options

    Description:
Much more game options for multiplayer and skirmishgames. Not only how much money someone has at the beginning. Possible options may be:
    - superweapons on/off/limited
    - generalweapons on/off/limited (e.g. only 1 MOAB)/max. tier (e.g. only a small artillery-strike)
    - max. tier (e.g. only basic tier1-units)
    - only certain units (e.g. no air units, only infantry, etc.)
    - an easy and fast map generator to create for example maps without/only a less/almost only water
    - many more...

    Positive Effect:
    - more concentration on battles between units (especially the generalweapons were getting on my nerves as the blow up my new built up army or base without any warning)
    - spezialised battles (massive ground battles; air fights all over the map; epic naval battles)

    Negative Effect:
As everything should only be optional, I see no negative effect.

There are already plenty of such threads, and it's likely that many of these options are in Generals 2.

It actually works better if few threads are simply larger.

We already had all these suggestions. I like all of these. However Victory must be a fool to oversee that the absolute majority wants to have more and more options for the next games. I guess about 50 % of threads with new ideas are about: Yes idea is good - but just an option.
    GENERALS II
    -Base building
    -Walls building
    -Internet gaming
    -Harvesting
    -More game modes
    -Build up money increasing buildings
-More options and better unit handling
    - Kill enemy units. Gain experience. Get new abilities

I know that these ideas are old and often discussed. But I didn't find them in this special generals2-community develpment area yet. But I agree that one large thread gets more attention than many small ones.

I like the map generator idea...
Tib Sun had a map generator, loved having the feel of a random map to play on, brings you back to raw skill and I love surprises...

Also the only infantry, only armor thing is cool too, always wanted to have a mass infantry battle...

What about a building restriction option ? Eg 1 Barracks . 1 War factory . 2 refineries ,1 airpad ,6 power generators .Slow superweapon 30 min .Non base expansion ?
