    What monitor do you use?

As title says, what's the monitor or monitors you use with your desktop computer?

    I use HP L1908w, resolution 1440 x 900.

Standard is my 15.6'' 1280x800 Seiko laptop display. But I already got a Samsung T24A550 24'' 1920x1080 monitor (FullHD) I use for for watching videos, which is going to be my primary monitor for when the ret of my new PC reigns in.

and its rather disappointing, on a black/dark screen i can see 2 lighter horizontal stripes in a middle of screen, i suppose the CCFL tubes, backlightning the panel. If it did not buy it from internet store, so sending it back is kinda complicated process, i would have RMA it instantly.

According to Windows, its Dell E176FP at 1280x1024. It replaced the old 17" CRT that I borrowed back then ^^ :P This thread makes me want to open another monitor thread :P

The monitor I use is a CRT from the early 2000s because it still works fine at 1280x1024. I've actually never found any labels on it to check who the manufacturer is.

Your system components utility should show you what it is. If you are interested.

It says "Generic non-PnP Monitor", so it really doesn't say any manufacturer.

Hmm, try at the back of the monitor? You know the part where they write down some of its specs? It's usually written there.
