Play with more than 2 people / change serial?

Hey,

We're three guys just wanna play C&C3 Firestorm in our LAN together.

After not getting the Windows 7-pc probably in the same IPX Network we've been, we organised a third ubuntu laptop. Using this one with wine we finally could all see each other in the LAN Screen / "Chat".

We all extracted the "OfficialCnCTiberianSun.rar" and it works fine so far.
But when two of us joined the game, the third gets the error message "There are already two players with your serial number in this game." ( something like that...)
And that is our problem.

Where can i change the Serialnumber of my game?

Some other forum says "change in the registry[...]", but without installing it, there's just not a entry in the registry...
(And i also didn't finde one in the wine regedit)

If there's no registry entry, you simply make one. It'll work from the moment they're different, no matter what's in the key, but if they're both "not there" I can imagine the game seeing that as them both being the same.
