    Developer Interview on Tiberium Alliances

There's been an interview posted at

    http://www.gamereactor.de

    A few interesting points:

    Regarding microtransactions:
"We are giving people an opportunity to keep up with a time rich player"
"People who are not paying are still able to be at the top of the rankings"

Their current focus is on balancing the game and creating a game which is still fun to play in a few months, and not just a week.

Roadmap: Closed beta -> balancing -> microtransactions -> open beta -> launch -> ongoing development
I brandish my keyboard like a diamond edged sword of justice, piercing it through the skulls of forum trolls and the misinformed masses. This is why I am still single.

I saw that too. It was a good interview. I was hoping they were not going to have a "premium" feature, but if they do, I hope it is well balanced. Judging by his interview, he made it seem like it would be. However, I think all games that have this feature try to make it balanced, but I rarely see it succeed.
I am looking forward to the next round of updates. I like where it has been headed so far, I hope that continues.

A few interesting points:you keep saying friends and alliances but with no chat it is kinda hard to pickup new members. it seams like someone forgot to add chat. you also need to increase the commands count i have only a hour or 2 to play then it fills and i lose all the points. it would be fine to make it slow to refill but to cap it so low keeps social gamers out when i burn through it in 4 attacks and never leave my circle in less than 12 min.
then need to wait 45min for it to refill a partial amount. of the 2 things that need fixing it is the chat it ruins this game having to use forums to talk to alliance members and in world by the time you refresh there are 30 new posts to go through cant keep up it is a shame it was over looked either on purpose or mistake

    othere than that nice start
