    Question Could not connect to zero hour online problem

    I got the error ''Could not connect to zero hour online'' since yesterday, i have not checked normal generals yet or on another pc but wondered if anyone else had this problem. I was still able to login 2 days ago. I did do something with putting a different router yesterday and i put my own router back, but i can connect to any other internet related source so i did not think that was the problem. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Check the new routers settings maybe needs port forwarding?

    I was saying, i just did something with a new router, but i put the old one back after. Plus i never had to forward any ports for the game. Seeing your response, i assume its a problem on my part and others can login. So i guess i will try to reset my modem/router and if that doesnt work i will try to forward ports even though i had not ever need to do that. Other than that, more suggestions are more than welcome.

    EDIT:

    I reset my router and modem, reboot pc...didn't work.
    Then i recall seeing my Hamachi connection which i used with a friend a few months ago, i think it was off before yesterday, not sure. Anyway i turned it off and i could go online then. Then i turned it back on, and i can still go online. Though i am happy that i can go online again now, I have no idea what fixed it. If you have any ideas let me know.

    glad your back online, honestly iv spent a lot of times on networking and if you are behind a router then your computer is behind a NAT the router holds your public IP address to the internet and all hosts or computers behind the router are in behind the NAT. All routers need to have port forwarding enabled if that is how you connect to the web or you can assign your machine on DMZ.

    even though you were able to connect to the internet does not mean the others can connect to your machine. for example you may be able to request a webpage but if your hosting a web server and you are behind a router the other side wont be able to get to your site...

    do you have the latest update? if not run the game on admisnastaor and it will update gl and enjoy
