Game gone!?

My browser (firefox) crashed when i clicked "back" after a timeout (happens often for me -_-) and when i logged back on my game was gone and there was only the option for starting a new game
Is my game gone or is this fixable?

The servers are down for patching.

So, did we lose our progress, or will the "games" return after maintenance? A few minutes ago, the game just showed as being offline, but now it completely disappeared.

Also, why wasn't the maintenance announced in the "News" section? How long will it last?

Well it was worth the down time, the patch is great.

Everything is back up. Both servers have received some major overhaul in the UI and game features.
It was kind of cool to watch. New things were appearing as my alliance mates, and myself were playing.
You don't have to restart or anything. They were just down for the patches. Everything is back to normal.
