I too have had the same thing happen. Was excited I finally got one, only to punch my desk after it said "Redemption Failed, Code has already been used". Using Firefox, Vista Ultimate, 64 bit.

Happened to me as well. I have since opened a ticket with the help desk and they seem to not have a clue. At first, they tell me that it is registered to this other email, and that I should log in with the correct email. Okay... "That's not me or my email", I tell them.
I even uploaded a picture of the email I received, with proof that it was sent to my email. Now they are asking me for proof of purchase to prove it is my game. WTF? it's a beta key, not a purchased game. support is clueless. At this point, I'm just hoping its not some hacker scam to steal my Origin account info or something, but as far as I can tell, the email was legit. I think EA just sent out a bunch of duplicate keys and have no idea in the support department.
I had the exact same problem with the help desk also.. in fact the one i was talking to said "Please note that we haven't send any beta to code to anyone yet, so I request you please do not provide any account information on that e-mail. Please note that if any of this promotion came you will see it on official forum, so please keep checking our forums for latest update."
