Hello,

I got this game a grand old time ago (shortly after it came out if I remember) and I was able to play a few of the campaign missions without any hassle. Then, however, school got in the way and I set the game down. I am returning to the game, and now it will not load a map for the life of it. I can watch cutscenes, navigate the main menu, chat, view my profile, but whenever I try and load a match (skirmish, campaign, anything) the game promptly closes with an error message "Command and Conquer 4: Tiberium Twilight has stopped working", then it offers for me to debug it or close it.

First thing I want to make known is that I am a software developer myself, so I am aware the culprit is probably my Development Environment.

Another Point of Interest is that EVERY TIME I load the game, steam performs 1st time setup, which is to install the .net framework AGAIN.

Last key point of interest is that screen transitions (from the EA splash animation to the title screen, or from a cutscene to the debrief screen) are accompanied by a bright flash of either green or fuchsia.

My system specs are:
OS: Win7 64-bit
Processor: Intel Core 2 Duo 2.7 GHz
RAM: 4G
Graphics Card: Mobility Radeon HD 3670

Any help would be much appreciated.
