    Hello PIRIMINDRAPA,
    the facility was abolished, when the new website came into being. On the new website, EA didn't add it. The most common way is placing the tag in front of your nickname at this moment in time.

    Bonu$ is correct PIRIMINDRAPA (welcome to C&C.com by the way!) there is no way currently to set up or manage clans. Clanning is still going on obviously but you have to find other ways to manage them unfortunately.
