C&C The Frist Decade

I have not played C&C The first decade recently, but when I tried to play Tiberian Sun Firestorm it gave me a message that one or more of the DLL files were missing and to re-install the game. So I re-installed, but about three quarters of the way it brings up an error message for Generals. I click OK which is only option and the whole installation stops. Does anyone know what is going on and how I can properly re-install The First Decade?

Run the installer, and all games, as administrator. As it says in the "Common Problems" thread at the top of this forum.
