Can't Register Kane's Wrath or Tiberium Wars

Hey guys!

I want to play C&C3 TW & KW online but when I type in all my credentials it says that my account name cannot be found. Somebody tried helping by telling me that I should register first, but with no success it said that my account name cannot be found and that my e-mail is not in their database.

How can I get past this without creating a new account?

Have the same problem. Working on that for 2 days now. EReg.exe chrashes all the time. So I did registrate via the website. I can log in into my EA page. And even add KW to "My Games".
Everytime the same error: the specified account or subaccountname wasn't found.
Kinda fed up with it now .

I never was able to put my regcode for signing up. Don't know is that is needed for registration.

I could open EReg.exe in linux (this didn't chrash). The program ran but than it couldn't connect to the EA server....

That happened to me also, so I waited about a day or two and it let me register but it keeps telling me my CD-Key was un-useable and it was the key I got from the box.

I tried creating a new account on the EAReg and it worked, but when I would try to sign in with it, it could not be found.

Had a friend with similar problem and they were able to fix it.
