Licence Limit please help

Hi All i got my Red Alert 3 long time back never played it becouse i did not have internet but now i have i install the game and when it go on the internet for Authentication it gives a error "The Licence Limit for this product has been reached" is my game now useless....

I have a similar problem and the same result.
After it's installed 5 times it's useless. I remember uninstalling it 2 or 3 times. My hd that I had RA3 on got corrupted so I installed it on a new one on the same PC and limit has been reached.

Remember to un-authorize your game when you uninstall.

You have to contact customer support to get another authorization.

I never knew that y didn't they put it in the manual?

It was patched in later.

Now my disc won't even work because after I installed it got scratched up.

i had this problem
and i called EA support , gave them my serial number and some personal info
and they resolved the problem and gave me 3 more installs

and ofcourse u can un authorize the game before u uninstall it from ur PC

Hi all, i had this problem too, i baught a new one C&C RA3 because EAgames told me that "my case is closed" after a long time they finally answered.... so, 10 euros (with transport) . it's not written in the manual , or i didn't saw it. and now i have got troubles for multiplayer connexion ...
