Im currently playing a game of pass the buck with ea and the developers here, so hopefully I can get an answer here.

I have a player with multiple accounts farming his second account to circumvent game mechanics to give himself an unfair advantage, to the point that he is/was ranked 11 on world 5.

Who deals with this? In gamr reporting didn't, and help@ea doesn't either.
