    ranks under names

    ranks under names

    not to sound stupid or anything, but why are there ranks under names? i get why there are the moderator and global community manager ones, but what about the others? what do they mean?

    It is just a fun rank system, it goes up with the more posts you have. It doesn't really offer anything else on these forums.

    Its an inevitability, but I try to avoid doing such things.

    But something tells me that the Ranks won't be the same as in the old forums...

    Feh, I'm still up for the idea that once you reach 10k posts, you should be allowed to PM the admin with the rank you'd like to show up and he creates it, limiting eligibility only to the person that wanted it. That would be unique.
