During the recent server offline -1, -2, and -4 problems yesterday, two 12 point command point crates left my inventory.

In addition, I estimate that four attempts to launch attacks resulted in lost command points without battle. I believe I was trying to attack a Level 12 Base. That would be 48 command points lost.

In all, 72 command points were lost.
