cant get online passsword or create account to work

Im trying to play this game online
when i get to the screen to enter my infomation or create a account it keeps saying invalid password
even on create a new account. I fail to see any other instructions or infomation on the internet on where
to go. I am disapointed with lack of infomation or what this is asking for.. Even though i type the infomation
in the blanks it keeps saying invalid password.

I bought the game and cannot go online. Says invalid serial key! I posted a message couple of days ago with no answer. Any administrators in this place or what?

I have the same problem, invalid password blah blah. Went to help site to retrieve password, thinking i forgot it but all it does is reset the Origin account. Does nothing to help me play any first decade game online.

Mine works perfectly, still playing this game. Generals / Zero Hour is such a great game.
