Build a sandbag wall

I am brand new to the game...I just got it working and I am in Germany and I want to build a sandbag wall...
I cant find out how this is done. the read me file is not saying how, and the big file from on line is also without this instructions...

is there a file that tells how to perform these actions? I believe they are Keyboard steps...

In which game is this? Sandbags can only be built in Tiberian Dawn and Red Alert, unless you're using mods in other games.

Thanks...I am playing the first edition..windows 95 from my desktop with windows XP...

are there any key pad steps that help with the game or is the mouse all I have to work with?

You build sandbags just like you build any other building. Click on the icon, wait for it to build, place it down. Incidentally, in GDI mission 5 (Germany) you don't have a construction yard. You can only build units there.

As for the controls, the game has a PDF manual included in its install folder. It has all controls in it.

Basic ones are:

H: select your construction yard
N: Select next unit (cycle order is from top to bottom).
Shift+N: Select previous unit
Tab: Open/close sidebar
Right-click on minimap: toggle minimap zoom (same as the "Map" button)
Ctrl: Hold to allow force-attacking of objects
Alt: Hold to allow force-moving on objects (can be used to crush infantry with tanks)
Ctrl+Alt: Hold to allow a unit to guard another unit or structure.
Shift: hold to allow clicking on more units to select them together. Doesn't support dragging a box around the units, you have to click them individually.
S: (with unit selected) Stop current action and switch to simple Guard mode
G: (with unit selected) Set unit to Area Guard mode
Up and Down arrow keys: scroll through the construction options in the sidebar
Ctrl+[0-9]: Assign currently selected units to a quick-select team
[0-9]: Select a previously assigned quick-select team
Ctrl+[F7-F12]: Assign a map bookmark
[F7-F12]: Jump to map bookmark
[F1-F5]: (multiplayer) Send a message to a specific other player in the game
F6: Send a message to all players in the game

Note that team assigning on number 0 doesn't work in original C&C95. I advise you to patch the game with the unofficial 1.06 patch, since it fixes numerous errors and game crashes.
