On Command and Conquer Generals Zero Hour when I try and play online and do anything (create match, sit in lobby, etc.) when my friends logs into multiplayer I get kicked back to the main menu of Zero Hour. I do the same to him when I log in multiplayer--he gets kicked to the main menu. We live within the same city if that matters.

Any idea what's going on?

We've tried this with both Contra 007 and Shockwave 1.1. Though I doubt it's the mods...
