If you're talking about the last China mission in Generals (not ZH) I can only give advice if you're playing the easiest difficulty, but I think some of them can be used for any difficulty setting.

    - GLA fires their Scud Storm when you have 5000 credits. Before you reach 5000 move your Dozers to various locations near your base to save as many of them as you can.

    - Expand to the Supply dock to the western city, but be prepared to defend it too. Build Overlords, and upgrade them.

    - Build couple of nuke silos, and use generals points to get artillery. 1 nuke and the heaviest artillery strike can destroy their Scud Storm, and they don't build a new one (if I remember correct)

    - Jarmen Kell is hidden in a brown (probably brown) colored tower in the city (somewhere in north west I think). He usually shoots your infantry and empties vehicles, so destroy the tower with MiG's.

    - To defend your base, build couple of Bunkers and fill them with Tank Hunters, and don't forget a good bunch of Gatling cannons too, so they kill infantry and Scud missiles.

    - When you're ready and have enough money, build a lot of Overlords, upgrade them and roll them through GLA defenses and into their base.

Hopefully these prove to be more or less helpful.
