HELP with C&C TFD

[deus1989-2012]

right i have spent 8 hours trying to figure this out....
i have installed all 12 games from the disk and its not playing......

this is my spec:
windows 7 home premium
AMD A8 -3800 APU
with radeon(tm) HD graphics 2.40 GHz
8gb ram
64-bit operating system


i keep getting 2 errors coming up when trying to load any game

1) please insert correct dvd-cd

2) error, unable to set up video mode

i have not put any patches in it nor have i changed any setting, please give me a step by step method fixing this problem as it have been a very frustrating day trying to get this to work.

need it as simple as possible as i am not very good with computers
