Due to Sony's track record I think once again they have copied Nintendo with there touch screen features and a few other things. If they include a stylus and a new model with 3D then Sony is completely unoriginal and can't come up with there own ideas.

They're following the touch UI revolution in smart phones not Sony, lol. Sony and Nintendo included. Tell me that Sony copied the accelerometer, the back touch panel, OLED screen or networking capabilities. They didn't. Phones got them first. Smart Phones are the things eating into the mobile gaming market, and that's what Sony is fighting. Actually, Sony, like other companies of its type is fighting itself in a way. With a hand in so many markets, some of Sony's own products can cannibalize other Sony products.

Actually if you think of it, Vita has Augmented Reality just like 3DS. But Sony had the EYE Augmented Reality for the PS3 way back before 3DS is released. So you could say 3DS copied Sony.
Vita follows the smart phones, and its way different from 3DS. The interface, 3G connectivity, OLED Screen... It's like PSP + iPod Touch.

Vita is MultiTouch while 3DS is not. Meaning you could use multiple fingers to increase the fun. While on 3DS you are stuck up with your fancy Stylus.

No, No and No. The assumption that Sony copies Nintendo is way off base. Touch Screens were not cost effective back in the Sony PSP days and now they're easier to manufacturer without passing the extra costs onto the consumer. Sony can't afford to take a giant leap and confuse developers like it did with the PS3. Sony looks at the current trends and does lots of surveys in order to figure out what users want in new devices they look to develop.

That's is all I will say on this without boring you and everyone else with the longer version.
