I disagree with OP. I sincerely hope they ruin the game.

Absolutely, there is nothing more refreshing after a hard day of work when you finally get to plumb your numb body into your chair, switch on the PC and are being greeted by a nice, steaming pile of internally processed, nutritionally drained biological output flickering over your monitor. That really gets exhausted muscles relaxed. Ahh ...

Precisely, making good games has gotten old.

In Ray Muzyka's own words: Generals 2 needs less restrictive DRM in order for this to come to fruition. Oh, and it needs to be on Steam (and not force you to use either one if you have the box version), and a WorldBuilder, and a Mod SDK, etc.

well they better have em, cause its always better to have what we want.

    My quote:
'Meh, I don't really care anymore about the new games direction, with many loads of hours(make that years actually) on Tib Sun, YR, Generals, CnC3, and RA3, plus all the mods they come with, another game with the same old formula is rather redundant IMO. '

Eh...not always. There have been times when what I wanted was not the best that could happen. I just didn't know it until I got the other thing.

But for some of these things...yeah. Give us what we want.

    Yes, yes he does!

He also wants the $59.99 price tag lowered to $49.99, and for all those who have pre-ordered it already at $59.99 to get $10 worth of Generals 2 DLC free.

Generals 2 will be great, if not then I agree that I will no longer buy anything related to EA.
