Disconnected from the Server, Error Code 23

"Disconnected from the Server, Error Code 23"

I have this message everytime I am suddenly disconnected from the game. It happens so often now that playing it doesnt have sense anymore.

Can anyone tell me what cause it? Is it my con that suks, or is it server or something else?
