Grinder Malfunction

Can anyone help me out here?

Are the Soviet Grinder tanks purposefully not able to attack structures on water? I've noticed in my version of Uprising they will only attack tech structures, but there is no option to even attack an enemy (the cursor doesn't change), or even an allied structure for that matter, if it is placed on 'the drink.'

Is this right, or is there an issue with my game? Many thanks to all who reply.

It's an amphibious apocalypse tank without the cannons, surely someone must love it enough to be aware of it's normal attacking functionality?? Please, anyone

Odd, as far as I can remember Grinders in my Uprising do attack structures on water. If you put them on aggressive and order an attack move, do they just go past enemy structures or do they attack in that case?

Upon further investigation they won't attack any Rising Sun structure (including defenses) if it is on water, in aggressive stance and on an attack move. It does seem they will attack the other factions though, so it appears to be a problem with the Empire. The cursor does not even display an attack icon. It's really annoying.

Japanese structures have Grinder immunity due to their technological prowess!

You know, it had crossed my mind that being the naval superiority faction; that might actually be the case, but it's definitely a bug.

I've also noticed that it can't attack allied outposts on water too. Besides this, the grinder cannot force fire either.

I've uninstalled uprising, deleted all registry entries and all related files, reinstalled, but to no avail. I'm starting to think there may be something wrong with the origin download - but I've downloaded the file 3 times to be sure, and it's the same each time.

Could someone else with Uprising test the grinder on water against all factions? This is starting to become a tech issue, and a bloody headache too. Thanks.

Anyone test this? I can't attack Rising Sun structures and Allies outpost on water with the Grinder. Is it just me with this problem?
