Temperamental Grinding

Okay, so I've been playing around with the Grinder tank in Uprising, and it seems that it cannot attack any Rising Sun structure that is built upon water! Having played Bibber's RA3 Upheaval Mod, I know that it has the capability to attack any structure.

So I'd like to know, is this a known issue with Uprising, or am I the first to mention it? I was concerned whether there might be a problem with my copy of Uprising, so If someone could clarify for me you'd put my mind at rest, or otherwise.

I'm asking here because I assume modders will be more familiar with the code and therefore functionality of the unit.

A little late but this is a persistent problem, so far I don't know if its fixed in the Mods it appears in, but surely somebody did by now.
