    2. Able to discuss and adapt to a dynamic work flow

    3. Good team player, and able to discuss and work with a team.

Lol, this is what you came up with? 2 and 3 are basically just collections of meaningless buzzwords and number 1 is a peculiar thing to include there. I can guarantee that no one looking at this is going to think, "Oh damn! They use Dropbox instead of huge email attachments... Too bad I can't apply!" or something like that.

In addition to being a total douche bag, I'll ask how your mod is doing, I thought you guys were dead?

uh, 2 is asking for the person to be flexible in work flow and schedule, and able to match as needed.

    3. some people just aren't team players, it's just how they are.

And as for 1, indeed, however I was breiflly part of a team which thought email conversations and transfer of data was all that was needed, needless to say, it failed.

And well, Tiberian Eclipse is dead, been so for about a year now, I've been working with another mod ever since I resigned from there.

As for how we a re doing, take a look at the link for your self, I think you'll like what you see, and we have no intention of letting this project collapse like eclipse did.
