Gidday Guys , a online connection Firewall Problem

Ok , well ive been having this problem for years (the connection problem) ive turned off my Firewall and opened the ports thats been told to do and i have a telstra bigpond technicolour tg587n v3 router

the error menu that comes up is as follows ,

im running windows 7 but that shouldnt be an issue ,

, is there any advice on how to overcome this problem , like a patch or something ,

all good , i dug out my old billion bipac 5100 modem/router and it seems to be doing the trick

now im gonna have to do something about my internet speed as im only running 6.58Mbps download according to http://www.speedtest.net/ and 0.32Mbps upload
