Launch Error. Please Help. All info attached

On launch from within Origin I get the following Error:

I have tried:
- Reinstalling Origin
- Redownloading and Reinstalling C&C4
- Rebooting
- Turning Firewall to off

System Specs:
Intel (R) Core(TM) i7-2600S CPU @ 2.80GHz
RAM: 12GB
System Type: 64-bit Operating System
Windows 7 Home Premium
Graphics: AMD Radeon HD 6770M
HD Space on this partition: 100GB total 46.8GB left after install of C&C4

Can't find a solloution, it keeps on crashing when opening with origin.
