Can't open patch stream data\worldbuilder.manifest

Hi guys,

i got following failure if i want to start a mission at C&C 4 Tiberian Twilight:

PC Data's:
producer: ASUS
operating system: Windows 7
grafic board: NVIDIA GeForce GT530
CPU: Intel Core i5-2320 with 3GHz
RAM: 6gb
system type: 64 bit

I hope someone can help me with that problem.
I allready reinstalled C&C and startet again. If i do this i can play one time, if i close C&C and restart it the failure come back.... Dunno what i can do with this shitty problem.

Sounds like your harddrive is damaged corrupting the data.

ive had exactly the same problem. been using steam fine till this game got a brand new laptop and cant get it to load at all why
