I was talking to our web team every once in a while and they are always asking for "what are the user specs"

So i need your OS and browser please Once i got a bigger bunch here that cannot login, i can actually task the web team with it.

OS are:

• Linux Mint, 12.
• Ubuntu, 11.10 and 12.04.
• Debian GNU/Linux, squeeze and wheezy.
• Windows, 7.

Browsers:

• Firefox.
• Iceweasel (aka Debian Firefox).
• Epiphany (WebKit).
• Lynx.

Wait you mean your servers or whatever can't identify which browser a user is using to visit your site?

And that more people need to have a log-in problem in a forum, before it's worth fixing?

This is just sad. I am so sorry EA_CIRE, the crap you probably have to put up with... I'm not sure I'd want to endure the same.


EDIT: Maybe your web team needs more information before they can try to fix it, but if a random site like this: http://www.danasoft.com/ can automatically log the exact information you're asking for, I'm not sure why this site can not.

I agree, something is wrong with this picture.

Is it safe to assume that nearly everyone active on this forum has had this issue at least once? If so, that should be a decent enough number to get them to work on it. That's before we include all the new members that we never get to see because they get discouraged by this issue and are unable to report it because they cannot log in to report it.

OS: Windows 7 64 bit
Browser: Firefox 12

Oh yeah, while I remember.

OS: Win 7 64 bit
Browsers: Chrome 18.0.1025.168
Firefox 12
Safari 5.1.7

But I have had the issue with all versions of the browsers.
