Borreh is the result of sitting and thinking "what nickname would sound nice, be pronouncable and be a new name/word all by itself". The result was that B, G, H and O are letters most common in few Awesome McCool names I knew.
I was using "ToMegaBorreh" on the old forums because I probably registered Borreh and then lost the password, so it was already in use. Not wanting to put a random letter change into the word, I added "ToMega" from "ToMegaTherion", which has a long history all by itself..
