Because a lot of their settings are scattered in a bazzillion of menus. This is something that I'm slightly bothered about with Windows whenever I go nitpick mode. Sure there's the Control Panel but I still think that they can still come up with an easier centralized controls for these 'common stuff' like how the taskbar should behave desktop icon and backgrounds etc. Originally Posted by Lord-Vale3
