Put them back into a new big file with the same directory structure like in the original one, make a skudef file and play it as a mod.
is that the only way?
the quickest, less chance of some thing going wrong type?
i know lots of games where you just have to save X into a folder and that was it, there probably isnt a way like that in TW.
but are there other ways?
ive placed them in there, havent tested it out yet, would i have to start a new game or should i be able to continue on?
not from a saved game but the mission selection
i wasnt able to at the time, i tried about an hr ago, didnt work from what it looks like, but i will test another map in a bit.
wife and kids take priority ^_^
ok yeah it didnt work, it was a good try though.
so how would i make a mod that uses the maps because ive made mods to TW that ive edited units and other stuff.
I'll go ahead and give it a go myself, shouldn't be that hard to do....
My quote:
'Meh, I don't really care anymore about the new games direction, with many loads of hours(make that years actually) on Tib Sun, YR, Generals, CnC3, and RA3, plus all the mods they come with, another game with the same old formula is rather redundant IMO. '
