SetUp/Auto Run not working

Hello, I'm trying to download Red Alert 3 again on my computer (it has been years) but whenever I try and run the Auto Run or Set Up it just does the typical Windows 7 thing (asks if I agree to run it, and I click yes) and then nothing happens.

I have looked at numerous threads and don't think it would be a CD key issue as the installer does not even start. I have opened the disk drive and manually found all of the auto run and set up stuff but to no avail. Any help would be appreciated.

Try registering the serial in Origin and download it from there.
