Weird Graphical Error?

I have had this game for a while now, installed it on my laptop and my newly built desktop... but now I am having an issue with what I think is a graphical issue. From first loading of the game, the graphics are all normal, main menu is normal nothing wrong, but when I get into a Skirmish match the ground is made up of a bunch of little triangles. The units and walkers are fine on both sides, but the ground and water are little triangles. I noticed this after I had tried to increase the resolution and the graphic detail of the Models, Shadow, Water, and terrain.
I have gone as far as to uninstall the game and reinstall it to no avail. Also, the same thing is happening when I play Re Alert 3 and Uprising.
Any thoughts ?

I am also getting the same graphical error: normal main menu and cutscenes, but if I play any map, be it Skirmish or Campagin, the battlefield is composed of triangles.

The Graphics card is a bit low and I'm surprised your able to run C&C 4 on it. Try updating to the latest graphics card drivers from AMD and see if that helps.
