Cannot get game dvd to even run

My cd rom supports the dual media disc or w/e its called. When i would first insert it it would constantly spit it back out. Now it just runs for a bit with no response. If i try to run my d drive through my computer it just spits it out and says insert disc. Is there a digital copy i can purchase and download?

It's a DVD, not a CDROM. There's your problem.
