I really disliked the story and short campaign, if you compare them to the prequels you'd see how worse the game got.

But the game got some plus sides. I really liked the music they used in the game, especially the Nod battle music and the ones where Kane ascends. I think the new gameplay was also a fresh new experience, but it didn't just fit the C&C theme. Maybe if it was an entirely new game without C&C in it, the game could''ve been good.

I also liked the multiplayer, the 4 vs 4 combat is very intens. And its somewhat 100% balances

There is much to dislike about Tiberian Twilight, from its dumb name to requiring you to be online to play, but it's not a bad game, per se.

It's just not a good C&C game. It could have been so much more.

It never was a "real" (read: canon) CnC game to begin with. CnC: Arena was supposed to be a MP focused spin-off based on the Tiberian universe. Then some sucker came along and evidently decided "Hey, why not simply market it as a full-fledged CnC title!?". Then they farted out some lame story, made some lame campaign, slapped it on CnC: Arena and called it the "epic conclusion" of the Tiberian universe. Later they rolled back a little and only called it the "epic conclusion" of the Kane arc, presumably because they did not exactly wanted to butcher their best cash cow just yet.

FnF4Ever and all that came with it is a slap in the face to the community and the game itself. It's an insult imho.

For me this is not bad game but not good too. Some Command & Conquer "Fanatics" hate this game and in all videos, trailers they comment "EA suck". But why EA don't relase Mod SDK for Tiberian Twilight? Nobody knows it... sometimes moders relase Mod better than Game . Eg Battlefield 2142 - First strike Development Team relase The biggest and the best mod for BF2142 pity that this mod doesn't work on my computer... (like every big mod).

I really have no idea why people hate it so much its not the worst RTS i have played.
If you have no idea what all the hate is about then you haven't played any other C&C game then.

Only because we because live in an imperfect world where there are no absolutes. As for being the only positive topic; EA tried to reinvent the wheel as a hexagon. What did they think was going to happen?
